Coat - Primark (£20)
Top - c/o Boohoo (here)
Dress - H&M
Bag - Celine
Shoes - Primark (£14)

Well, student loan happened and that inevitably ended with a bit of a Primark spree (and more homeware that I do not need...) - and the first thing I spotted when I waltzed into the store? This beeeeautiful trench! A/W shopping and dressing is my favourite, i'm such a coat lover and my wardrobe is currently over-flowing with around 15 (all from this season.... Oops). What can I say? A coat completes an outfit...

Top - Boohoo c/o Shopcade (here)
Skirt - Whistles (here)
Sunnies - Oasap (here)
Shoes - Missguided

I've been patiently anticipating the day the colder air made its return so I could pull this skirt from my wardrobe and finally wear it without being sweltering hot, and today was that day.
I'm so overly keen for the winter months to finally get here - chunky knits, blanket capes, trench coats, christmas scented candles... Not to mention the return of Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park and finally getting to visit home for christmas and see the kittys - best time of year ever!

Dress - c/o Boohoo (here)
Shoes - Whistles (here)
Bag - Celine

As a perfect little ending to Fashion Week (and the beginning of London Fashion Weekend), Cosmopolitan held their own #FASHFEST - day 4 being the event I attended which was the 'Cosmopolitan to Catwalk' part of the whole thing. Lots of brands such as ASOS, Boohoo, Next, Very and New Look had their clothes shown on the runway, as part of a more laid back, less pretentious fashion show which we all watched whilst sipping on Cosmopolitans (of course!) and Baileys (the most perfect addition to A/W clothing, right?). The entrance hall was like a playground of Fashion and beauty, with tons going on such as manicures, hair styling, make overs, massages and spray tans as well as goody bags galore - what more could you ask for?
Thank you very much to the ladies at ASOS for inviting Annabel and I, and to Cosmopolitan for hosting the night and giving us these extra generous goody bags - and on that note, it's time to put my feet up and relax with some pop chips and beauty tea.....

Hat - Boohoo
Coat - c/o Pretty Little Thing (here)
Top - c/o Oasap (here)
Trousers - c/o Pretty Little Thing (here)
Shoe - c/o Pretty Little Thing (here)
Bag - Celine

On Saturday, Annabel and I headed over to Somerset house (in complementing outfits of course) for day 2 of fashion week, which for us involved pondering around the showrooms, finding inspiration in fellow fashion-week-goers, being mistaken for the team at Elle magazine, and the Shopcade pop up event... All in a days work.
And on the note of fashion week now coming to an end, it's back to the studio for me for my final year at university studying Fashion design - que anxiety/mild heart attack....

On a very spontaneous sunday, I headed to North London to see Rachel with a handful of life complaints, and left with a holiday to Lanzarote.
I'm one of those people who will take on an insane workload because i'm too enthusiastic for my own good and I just love to work, and then at the end of it all realise i'm totally stressed and sleep deprived and after 2 years of doing this, as well as a ton of life changes in my personal life, I really just needed to get away - and where better than the Canaries to do just that and get the best possible tan while you're at it?
We didn't get up to much other than lying in the sand, soaking up the rays and swimming in the crystal clear sea, but sometimes - that's exactly what you need. I needed to wake up in a morning and instead of switching on my laptop and getting right to work, actually be able to think 'i'm gonna do this today' and enjoy it.

Greener on the other side

Hat - Boohoo (here)
Top - Glamorous
Skirt - Missguided
Bag - Celine
Shoes - c/o Quiz (here)

On Monday, me and Annabel headed into central for an extremely busy blogging day, beginning with my Shopcade shoot with Nue magazine and fellow blogger Geraint from His Name Is Fashion. It was pretty fun being totally transformed and styled, especially as it was very editorial and nothing like the usual Laura - so i'm excited to share the photos when they're ready!
After the shoot we headed over to meet Jess from Copper Garden and stopped by the Etail Pr gifting lounge for a cheeky glass of wine and to see brands such as Inlovewithfashion, AX Paris, Quiz and Blue Vanilla - and even left with a couple of goodies! All in all, a successful bloggers day out!

Jumpsuit - c/o Inlovewithfashion (here)
Jacket - Sheinside (here)
Sunnies - Whistles
Shoes - c/o Glamorous (here)

If there is one thing that Inlovewithfashion are very good at, it's a jumpsuit and a cross-over style - so it's not surprising how covetable this piece is. The 70's style cut and the magenta jewel tone immediately stole my heart and I knew I had to have it!
It's just a short one today since as you're reading this, i'm sunning it on the beach in the Canaries having a little breather before the craziness of Fashion week commences, so adios for now, amigos!
