I found through one of their models, Stacey, who I follow on Instagram and I kinda fell in love a little. They're like a love child of Boohoo and Missguided, and to go with that, the tempting pricing of those too. What more can you want? I'm yet to buy from them but I definitely have my eye on a few things right now... So, if anyone wants to hire me so I can go shopping, feel free, i'll be forever your slave! Here's my current wishlist:

WHAT I WORE: - outfit of the day

Yesterday I received these a-maaaaazing shoes from the up and coming shoe store Heelberry (who are launching in just 18 days yipeeee!) and I LOVEEEEE them! Seriously, they're the best - I can't wait to rock them in Mayfair. I'm feeling a tad grungy today too, maybe it's the festival flu that i'm still sporting and the grey clouds circling my house but i'm definitely not feeling colour today, I guess that's summer over with! Super sorry again for the rubbish photos, as usual my favourite spot has been pinched for the day *sadface*.
Let me know what you think of my new shoes and don't forget to click on over to and subscribe for a chance to win a pair of jelly shoes before the launch!

This weeks 'mini haul'

This week has actually been a successful week to say that i'm broke and i've managed to get a few new things - and the best part is, I spent less than £5. In fact I only spent 99p, so technically this isn't a haul but just a post of things that i've randomly acquired this week - yay for me!

Here are my faaaaabulous new wedges that I won from Heelberry. They haven't launched yet but they're hosting competitions on Social media, and if you sign up to their website you get the chance to win a pair of jelly shoes, so get your pretty little butts over to because they launch in only 18 days! Probably gonna spend my entire student loan there sooooo... See you there ;)

I'm going to a wedding tomorrow and last night, being my unorganised, broke self, I had to hint and hint at my tight mother because I didn't have a bag to go with my outfit... Luckily she agreed to buy me one and I found this little gem for only £8 at Matalan... Don't even ask why I was on their website because it's not the first place I would stop, but i'm glad I did because this bag is delish! Seriously, Matalan guys. Who'd have thought it!? You can buy it here

Lately, i'm going through a bit of a sunnies phase, which is odd because i've had the same Primark wayfarer style sunnies for about 5 years now and i'm still wearing them to this date even now I have these new babies in my life... The heart shaped sunnies literally just arrived at my door (how cute!?) and I won them on ebay for a dollar, so that works out at around 80p - bargains get me too excited! I'm literally glued to ebay. As for the peace sunnies, I won them a while ago from Missguided and just dug them out - can you believe I forgot to take them to Creamfields? I don't think they have them anymore, but that's ok, you can swoon over mine!
You can find the seller for the heart shaped sunnies here

Well, the sun is officially setting and the cold weather is setting in... Again (especially if you're a Northerner in the UK like myself!). My A/W wishlist has been gradually growing and growing and growing and i'm left twiddling my fingers waiting for my student loan so I can officially stop rocking myself to sleep whilst thinking of shopping. I've been imagining everything that I want to wear next semester at uni (even though after a month or so it's all about the joggers and boyfriend tees) and it definitely mainly involves tartan, tartan, leather, fur and more tartan...

Post-festival: beauty and life saving products

Soooo.... I'm back from Creamfields and here I am, laid in bed poorley. I definitely did not expect to need a full body recovery but everything about me right now needs help - my hair, my skin, my sinuses... I could sleep for days, but that would be lazy! Today, I am on a mission to improve my life and bring myself back to the usual (healthy) Laura. Here are some products that are my actual life savers right now:

Moroccan Oil - Avon (here)
I've been using this for a while and i'm loving the silkiness it's brought to my hair as I refuse to ever get it cut, so my ends can be a problem sometimes... After three-days of unwashed festival hair, this has definitely brought some life back into it!

Liz Earle gentle exfoliator - John Lewis (here)
I recently reviewed this product and still today I stand by how amazing I thought it was before! My skin has hated all the alcohol and has had complete withdrawal symptoms from my usual skincare routine and as expected, I had a nice little break out mid-festival... It's so nice to feel soft skin again!

Clippers Green Tea
I'm sort of a green tea drinker, not because I like it but because I need the benefits that it has in my life! I see green tea as like a detox drink, and a detox is most definitely needed right now. This sore throat won't go away on it's own.

Bio-Oil - Boots (here)
Bio-oil has a special place in my skincare routine for so many different reasons. It's helped with scarring on my face from my teen years, it's helped with those pesky stretch-marks on my thighs, and another great thing about it? If you put it in your bath, it leaves you feeling unbelievably smooth and clean. Nothing beats a bio-oil bath in my eyes!

Maybelline 'Fit Me' concealer - Superdrug (here)
I'm not the most knowledgable when it comes to some make-up, particularly concealer, but I do have a lot of things that need covering up and i've found that this concealer does the trick! It's the first concealer I ever bought, and i've been buying it ever since so I guess it can't be that bad... Dark circles be gone!

Clarin's Cleansing Milk - Debenhams (here)
This is a really lovely, silky cleansing milk. Again it's the first i've ever tried, but I used to work at Debenham's so the lovely ladies there pointed me in the right direction... I love how my skin feels after using this, and if you go and ask for advice at the Clarin's counter, the super nice consultants might just give you a bag full of testers to try out so you can see for yourself without the price tag.

Soap and Glory 'Flake Away' body scrub - Boots (here)
I LOVE this stuff. I have a small tub and it's lasted forever. The scrub it quite thick, making it the perfect scrub, especially for an occasion like this when i'm determined to scrub any form of grime and muck away! And it smells delicious.

Today is a sad day because the best weekend of my life just ended! Packing up my tent this morning (tired/hungover/everything you can possibly be after a hectic weekend of raving) was the worst moment ever... This was my first ever festival and I can't believe I have never been before, I haven't been anywhere more amazing in my life - even if the red dress from Friday's outfit post got stolen/lost! I saw every single DJ I wanted to see including Afrojack, Sebastian Ingrosso, Steve Angello, Laidback Luke, Nicky Romero and Alesso and my life is actually made... Here's an instagram roundup of my weekend:

WHAT I WORE: Creamfields 2013 - Outfit of the day

Today is the day, i'm going to Creamfields! I'm all packed and ready to go and as usual, waiting for the other half to sort his ass out so we can set off, so I had time to post today (yipee!). I wish I could take my entire wardrobe with me but clearly that's beyond impractical... Hopefully I'll manage to get a few photos to share with you on Monday when I get back, but until then, adios! And have a great bank holiday everybody!

WHAT I WORE: Love a little louder - Outfit of the day

I wish that there could be better photos, but my usual spot has been taken today... So here's all I can offer *sadface*. Finally getting to wear my beeeeautiful Missguided courts that I bought a while ago, they're so pretty! I've had the peplum top for about a year too and hardly ever worn it until recently - how amazing is that colour? In love! Tomorrow is Creamfields so I won't be posting until I get back on Monday so the rest of my day is spent packing, sleeping and eating as much hot food as I possibly can to make up for a muddy, home-cooked food-less weekend! Again, super sorry about the photos :( at least i'm wearing cute shoes, does that make it more forgivable?

Ebay finds: Wishlist

So as usual, i've spent a lot of time fishing for things on ebay... You know, 'cause i'm addicted. The current thing I seem to be searching for the most is beauty buys (new of course... none of this used rubbish) but i'm not doing so well with this, so if you have any sellers that sell new beauty products feel free to drop a comment and let me know! Here's all the stuff i'm trying not to buy this week:

1. Sleek creme lipstick (here)
2. Studded slippers (here)
3. 'HUF' style socks (here)
4. Valentino style shoes (here)
5. Studded tote (here)
6. 'Margiela' tee (here)
7. Eagle costume jewellery (here)

Everyone has their own idol, mine just happens to be the hottest woman in the world right now - Rihanna. And if there's one woman's wardrobe to envy, it's definitely hers - she has everything a girl could dream of: thigh high Louboutins, Alexander Wang everything, custom Givenchy... What a bitch. Not to mention she's smoking hot... Here are some of my favourite looks (there were too many, this was so hard!) from my favourite woman!
