Shake It Off

Bodysuit - c/o Pretty Little Thing (here)
Skirt - c/o Boohoo (here)
Bag - Missguided (here)
Shoes - c/o Next
Choker - Primark

Another look to make my wanderlust work on overdrive... Oh how I would love to be whisked away to some Greek Island for a little break away from the city, but for now the most Greek part of my life is the yogurt I have for breakfast...
I'm really feelin' bodysuits at the moment, I hated them for ages because they reminded me of people wearing them with bodycon skirts which wasn't a good look in my eyes, but after buying a couple last week and teaming with some a-line skirts and this fabulously swishy skirt from Boohoo, i'm officially a fan.

Indian Summer

Co-ord - c/o Hot Mess
Shoes - c/o Clarks (here)

Something a little different to mix up the wardrobe this season - this amazing Hot Mess co-ord set. As soon as I saw the print on the line sheet for this season I knew I had to have it, and with a couple of bits in the print I eventually opted for this trouser and wrap crop combo which is so cute for summer nights dressed up or down. But one thing I must mention is how these Clarks shoes have not left my feet, and i'm not even just saying that. They are hands down the most comfortable pair of shoes I have owned, the sole is kinda like suede so it's just so comfortable, even running around like a headless chicken in London. My summer faves for sure!

PRIMARK A/W15 PREVIEW - PRESS DAY [Photo heavy]

Apologies for how photo heavy this post is but I had A LOT to show you guys. Each Primark press day I manage to fall in love with everything on display and prepare my mental wishlist for the forthcoming season - because why wouldn't I want everything when it all looks that good at Primark prices? I love the autumnal, 70's inspired shades (even more so because they're the shades that suit my skin tone) and pretty much fur everything, particularly the giant gilets paired with the uber feminine floral dresses.... And not to mention the whole lotta shoe perfection going on. I do love Primark shoes, but they do tend to sell out super fast, and with next seasons shoe game being as amazing as it is I need to do the Primark dash as soon as this collection drops!

The Denim Skater

Dress - c/o Boohoo (here)
Bag - c/o Pretty Little Thing (similar here)
Shoes - Public Desire (similar here and here

Hooray for simple Summer dressing! I recently gave you guys a preview of this dress in my recent Boohoo haul and it's just as pretty on. I hate too much fuss in the Summer on a scorching day, so little strappy, skater dresses are my ultimate go-to this time of year and the key details are down to the accessorising (just not when your necklace singes your skin in the sunshine...). Winter may be over but i'm still madly in love with my matchy-matchy fur bag and shoe combo that I wore to LFW last season, it's just too cute a combo to let go for a whole other season... Let's just call it trans-season dressing, it is London after all - it's probably going to rain anytime soon...

Over the Hill

Top - c/o Boohoo (here)
Shorts - Oasap (here)
Boots - Hunter (here)
Sunglasses - Jeepers Peepers (here)

The final outfit from my festival lookbook - and my first ever lookbook! This top from Boohoo is just one of my all time favourite pieces in my wardrobe right now for this season, it's the delivery of bohemian chic and the little crochet trim detailing is just the cutest.
Boxhill is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been in this country, especially to say it's just down the road from me. A nice bit of scenery and a bit of country life when you're a former country gal is needed sometime, especially when you're just in the middle of everything constantly - a breath of fresh air, one could say..
Anyway, I have so. much. planned. for my new channel, with a new (maybe 2!) videos going up this week, so keep an eye out over at www.youtube.com/laurarogan
