So, I know i'm still getting back on my feet since finishing uni as I seem to be extremely busy still (but loving it!) - but today I have this months Look Fantastic box for you! Since my first box last month, i've definitely become a fan of this kind of element of surprise, especially when I opened this one to find that I LOVED every product in the box and they were all things that I could use, it's definitely safe to say that LF are the best when it comes to putting these boxes together...
If you read my last #LFBEAUTYBOX post, you'll know that the beauty of the #LFBEAUTYBOX is that you don't have to commit to any subscriptions. You can buy a one-off box, sign up for a 3 month subscription, 6 months, or a year - it's entirely up to you - however, you do save money by opting for the subscriptions if you feel it's probably something you will end up buying.
Anyway, about this months box.... The first thing that jumped out at me, and every girls best friend when it comes to nights out and special occasions - the Eylure false eyelashes, but with a difference. This pair is the 'hassle-free' pair that has a self-adhesive strip instead of the temper-tantrum inducing glue we're all too familiar with!
Next up is the Tanworx Self-tanning lotion that hydrates and conditions as well as tans, 'giving a natural, golden glow' - and since sunlight and I don't seem to get on all too well i'm definitely excited to give this a go these coming months for a faux-glow!
Another product that i'm super excited about is the Christophe Robin Repair and Protect hair mask for all hair types. Now as someone who has coloured hair and mostly uses bleach (which I have done for around 10 years), my hair isn't always in tip-top shape, so I love a good hair mask to quick-fix those dry ends and tame down my mane when it gets a little out of hand - and this one promises 'sumptuous and smooth' results, boosting shine and protecting colour - and to lure you in even more smells pretty delicious too!
For those of you into your anti-aging products, theres a little Transphuse treat in there too - the night serum to plump fine lines and make skin smoother and more youthful, and also claims to prevent additional wrinkles. I know i'm only 22, but for the past year i've been using anti-aging products - particularly Lancome, just because I had them in a huge gift package that I received and they felt amazing when applying and give a gorgeous glow - so this is definitely a product that won't be going to waste also.
The Huile Prodigieuse multi-function dry oil. Now this is a product that has grasped my attention - an oil you can use on your hair, face and body, helping to soften and illuminate. I'm mostly curious about what it does for your hair, as I previously mentioned due to it being a little damaged. The product itself looks kinda shimmery, so i'm betting it's perfect for a little travel product when you've got yourself a nice, glowy tan.
Last but not least is the Omorovicza cleansing balm which is a Hungarian cleanser that cleanses without stripping - but removes all impurities including make-up and mascara, 'leaving skin soft and hydrated'. I have awful skin at the moment from the daily Dominos ritual that deadline seduced me into so this is the perfect product to get my skin back on track again after being rudely neglected for a few weeks :(
So, there you have it, the wonder that is May's #LFBEAUTYBOX! Let me know what you think of this months box in the comments, and make sure to follow my brand new Youtube channel that i've just started - it's still early days and I have lots to learn, but i'm definitely enjoying it - and who knows, maybe my next Beauty Box post will be an unveiling over on Youtube? ;)
